Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.

It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for an examination by a licensed dentist or physician who knows your child.

Never delay seeking professional advice because of something you read here. For a knocked-out permanent tooth, facial swelling, heavy bleeding, a jaw injury or trouble breathing or swallowing, call us immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

All prices, ranges, membership plans, financing terms and promotional offers shown on this site are samples created for a demonstration website. They are not quotes and do not create an obligation. Actual fees depend on your child's needs, your benefit plan and the treatment agreed with your dentist. Our membership plan is not dental insurance and does not meet any minimum coverage requirement.

Appointment requests

Submitting a request through this website does not create or confirm an appointment, and it does not create a doctor and patient relationship. An appointment exists only once one of our coordinators has confirmed a date and time with you directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of ID.
